A person is eligible for the HCS program service if they meet the following criteria:
Are eligible for an ICF/MR I,V or VI level of  care. Have a determination of mental retardation in accordance with state law
Have an individual Plan of Care for waiver services which does not exceed state limits and have made a choice of the HCS program over the ICF/MR Program
Not concurrently enrolled in another waiver program

Future Services
ASUI is in the process of establishing employment partnerships with a variety of local, and fortune 500 companies across the state. By providing our consumers with employment opportunities, we are further able to assist in producing and maintaining self sufficient citizens. In addition to employment, an on-site pharmacy and prescription renewal program is in the works. This service will limit consumers from having to obtain required medications from outside facilities, essentially minimizing the potential for unwanted hazards.
